Multiple agencies responded to rescue a woman from the Sacramento River Monday. At around 12:30PM, witnesses saw the 36-year-old woman jump from the Antelope Bridge in Red Bluff. She apparently lost consciousness after hitting the water and was seen floating face down as the river current took her to the south. She was pulled from the water near the Red Bluff Diversion Dam and transported to a hospital. Her condition is not known.
