Redding Rancheria’s longest serving tribal council member is being remembered fondly by the tribe and the community. Hope Wilkes passed away last Thursday after a 32 year tenure on the council. Her daughter Nicole Wilkes and her brother Jack Potter Jr continue to serve on the council.
