The Sundial Bridge will be lit up purple Saturday night for the Purple City Festival, an event to support keeping seniors safe and well by recognizing the signs of elder abuse. The Purple City Alliance of Redding, led by Shining Care, will celebrate from 6PM to 10PM Saturday with an event that includes fun exhibits, useful resources, games, prizes, food and drink trucks and a live dance party with DJ Jake Easy.
