A Montgomery Creek man is accused of attacking three people with a baseball bat. Deputies were sent at 11:40AM Thursday morning to a home on Bishops Wheel Drive in Montgomery Creek on reports of three people with head injuries. One of the patients was a 66-year-old man. He was evaluated by paramedics who recommended treatment but he declined. A 45-year-old man was transported to a hospital in critical condition, but he apparently was stabilized. The third victim, a 60-year-old woman, left before deputies arrived. The story deputies got through their investigation is that 29-year-old Blane Yelloweagle Montgomery was arguing with the woman because she wouldn’t give him drugs, and when the two men came to her aid Montgomery attacked them with the bat. He was found at a home on Windy Point Road and booked into jail with bail set at $500,000
