The City of Redding continues to move toward developing a Riverfront Specific Plan. A 15-member committee will be formed to come up with a plan which will be presented to the council for consideration. The committee will hold 6 public meetings which will also be live streamed. The committee will be formed by the City Manager and the Development Services Director.
