Red Bluff Police are investigating the tragic shooting death of a young person. At 2 O’clock Friday afternoon officers and medics were dispatched to the Eleven Hundred Block of Oak Street. They found a 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound. Despite lifesaving efforts the victim died. No further details have been released about the murder. Detectives ask that anyone with information call them at 527-3131.
