A second woman has been killed by a train in Red Bluff in less than a week’s time. On Wednesday night a woman was found with critical injuries after being struck by a Union Pacific freight train. She was found near the tracks behind the Raley’s Supermarket in Red Bluff. She later succumbed to her injuries. Last Thursday night another woman was standing on the tracks when she was struck and killed by a southbound train in the area of South Main Street and Montgomery Road. Neither of the names have been released.
