Redding Police have done another minor decoy tobacco sting. With state grant funding issued through Shasta County Health and Human Services, Redding Police have continued a series of tobacco sting operations, much like the alcohol stings that have been done for decades. On Friday a decoy under the age of 21 entered 15 different stores in Redding and tried to buy tobacco products. They all refused to sell to the minor except three. Clerks were cited at Cloud 9 Smoke Shop on Victor Avenue, Tobacco N Vapez on Churn Creek Road and Daydreamz 2 on Parkview.
