An Anderson woman arrived home Monday afternoon to find a naked man sitting on her living room couch. The resident of Lodgepole Avenue quickly left and called 9-1-1. Anderson Police got there within minutes and set up a perimeter, then started making PA demands that the man come outside. He refused for a while, then fled into the backyard and was taken into custody. 41-year-old Joel Cary Perkins was booked into jail for burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest.
