There’s still money to be claimed following a mock bank robbery as part of Redding Rodeo Week. Tuesday morning the Lone Stranger and Accomplice robbed the Golden Valley Bank on Hemsted Drive and, as usual, the Asphalt Cowboys were unable to stop them. Afr just one clue, the loot was found Tuesday at Redding Regional Airport by Chantel Davis, who won a reward of $500. The reward for identifying the Lone Stranger and Accomplice is now down to $200. Here’s Friday’s clue:
They headed for the bar of Shasta Dam’s favorite spot, to drink up the best before they get caught. They drank and they rated the quaff at the bar, and rated the drink with none less than four stars.
