Multiple arrests were made and runaway children were taken into custody during a raid of a Red Bluff area trailer park on Tuesday. Red Bluff Police and several Tehama County agencies made nine arrests at the Belle Mill Road location, including Matthew Milliman, a registered sex offender who’s charged with ongoing child sexual abuse at the trailer park. Two runaway juveniles were apparently being concealed in his home by his girlfriend , Ricole Nelson. Three of the homes at the scene were condemned by code enforcement.
