The 7th Annual Backpack and School Supply Drive sponsored by Shasta County Child Support Services will culminate next Friday the 7th with the giveaway event. Backpacks filled with school supplies will be handed out at the Redding Civic Auditorium from 10 to noon while supplies last. Only one backpack will be given to each child, and the child must be present.
