A man acting strangely and aggressively in Corning was subdued with tasers. Sunday afternoon Corning Police were called to Heritage RV Park on Toomes Avenue on a report of a man walking around with a knife saying things described as “bizarre”. When officers arrived they were told that the man had jumped a fence and was going to the Valley Terrace Apartments. Police found 36-year-old Matthew Allan LeBlanc and said he was highly agitated and combative. When LeBlanc raised his fists a took steps toward officers he was tasered and taken into custody after a struggle. Police say he continued to fight them through his medical clearance and booking into jail.
