In a year when Klamath Basin farmers need all the good news they can get, the Bureau of Reclamation has announced they’ll get all the water they were promised. Irrigation districts and tribes were told on August 18th that supplies could be curtailed, but the recent rains have brought the forecast back to the 260,000 acre-feet announced in May. Officials are just getting started on the largest dam removal project in American history.
