The Tehama-Glenn Unit of Cal-Fire is reminding everyone that burn piles can only be done with a valid permit and a responsible adult must be in attendance at all times. On Thursday crews were called for an escaped burn pile on Overo Way in the Bowman Road area. The resulting vegetation fire was held to about a Quarter acre.
