Cal-Fire will be burning along the sides of Highway 36 west of Red Bluff this weekend. The controlled burns will be done at night, between 5PM and 7AM Saturday night and Sunday night, with a plan to burn a total of 109 acres of annual grasses by 7 O’clock Monday morning. The project area is between Cannon Road and Oak Knoll Drive, and smoke will affect Reeds Creek, Dibble Creek and Red Bluff.
