Some Shasta County murder defendants have had their cases delayed. Trevon Evanhoff and Andrew Greer-Herrera are accused in the shooting deaths of two people and injuries to three other people on October 4th on Meadowbrook Drive off Westside Road next to the Westwood Village Shopping Center. The two fatalities have been identified by the Coroner’s Office as 30-year-old Winfred Avant Jr and 22-year-old Isaiah Jacob Stanley. Plea and date setting has been continued to December 10th. Joseph Colin Scribner is accused of shooting a woman at a home on Sidebottom Road in Shingletown last Friday. His attorney requested a continuance, so his arraignment is set for November 13th.
