A missing indigenous person alert, also known as a “Feather Alert”, has been issued by the CHP. Roy Tsatoke is a 26-year-old Native American man with black hair and brown eyes. He’s 5-foot-11 and 149 pounds. He was last seen in McKinleyville on September 22nd. His photo is on the KQMS Facebook Page.
