CHP: Seattle Man Wanted For Human Trafficking Arrested Near Mountain Gate

A Seattle man was arrested and his two female passengers were rescued after a traffic stop in the Redding area, according to the CHP. At 10 O’clock Monday morning a car was stopped for speeding on Southbound Interstate 5 in the Mountain Gate area. The driver, 24-year-old Vincent Bailey, had an active federal warrant for sex trafficking a minor and other related charges. He was arrested and turned over to the custody of homeland security agents. One of the two female passengers in the car was a minor who was missing out of Spokane, Washington.
