Cleanup Crews Remove Over 20,000 Pounds Of Material From Red Bluff City Park

Police and probation officers, public works employees and federal fish and wildlife officials converged on Red Bluff City Park Monday to clear homeless camps. On May 2nd all the camps in the park were posted with notices that they had to clear out by the 10th and they were told about alternative camping locations and resources including Red Bluff’s new “PATH Navigation Center”. During Monday’s operation officials did not meet with any resistance from the remaining unhoused people and no arrests were made. A total of 20,000 Pounds of material was removed.
