California District One Congressman Doug LaMalfa will hold his first town hall meeting in his district in eight years. It’ll take place in Chico Monday morning. LaMalfa has held “telephone town hall” question-and-answer sessions, but has not appeared in person for such an event since a town hall at Sequoia Middle School in Redding in 2017. Monday’s meeting will be from 7:30AM to 9AM at the Chico Elks Lodge on Manzanita Avenue. The public is welcome, but no weapons, large signs, banners or signs with sticks.
