A pair of brothers in Corning are accused of setting multiple cars on fire. At 4:16AM Tuesday morning Corning Police and Firefighters were called to an Edith Avenue apartment complex, where 8 vehicles were fully engulfed in flames. An investigation led police to suspect the fires were started by Nathaniel and Nicholas Clemens. The brothers, aged 26 and 27, are both on probation, so the Tehama County Probation Department helped locate them and they were booked into jail on arson charges. The estimate of the damage is $100,000.
