A Corning man was arrested after a traffic stop escalated into further charges. 53-year-old Shain Shirley was pulled over by Tehama County Deputies Sunday evening. He had a suspended drivers license and several misdemeanor warrants so the deputy had Shirley’s car impounded. Blaze the K9 helped in a search and the deputy reported finding Methamphetamine, syringes and a loaded 38 caliber pistol with extra rounds.
