Corning Police are trying to find a man who was apparently setting up a high tech crime. At 11:30AM Wednesday morning a surveillance camera at the 7-11 on Solano Street captured a photo of an unidentified man installing a skimming device on a credit card reader on the store counter next to the cash register. The photo can be seen on the KQMS Facebook Page.
