A tobacco retail license fee will be considered by the Redding City Council during Tuesday’s meeting. The council will also be asked to approve a lease agreement with the county for the sheriff’s alternative custody campus on Eastside Road. The council also will work on amending the lease held by Advance Redding for their management of the Civic Auditorium.
