A large travel trailer went up in flames Monday in Cottonwood. Cal-Fire/Shasta County Fire and Cottonwood Fire Protection District was called at around 3PM to First Street near Chestnut. They arrived to find a travel trailer fully engulfed in flames. It was quickly extinguished and further resources were canceled. However, sheriff’s deputies were called due to a belligerent man at the scene.
