There are still three wildfires burning in Siskiyou County. The Dillon Fire 10 miles north of Somes Bar in the Six Rivers National Forest is almost 12,000 acres and is 90 percent contained. The Log Fire, near Sawyers Bar in the Klamath National Forest is 1,170 acres and is 83 percent contained. The Blue Fire, east of Happy Camp has grown to over 3700 acres and is 82 percent contained. Forward progress was stopped quickly on a half acre fire on Northwood Drive in Shingletown Thursday afternoon.
