Fire crews have been dispatched to the Lehigh Cement Plant on Wonderland Boulevard in the Mountain Gate area north of Redding. The dispatch a little after 6AM Friday followed reports that a large front-end loader at the plant was fully engulfed in flames, with possible exposure to vegetation.
