The Shasta County Supervisors will have a new Chairman to start 2024 after District 1 Supervisor Kevin Crye is sworn in at Tuesday’s meeting. Crye takes over as Chairman of the board after the board voted in December to make him the new leader of the board. Crye is facing a recall election on March 5th. In a video posted on social media, Crye said he wants to focus on impact fees. Tuesday’s meeting gets underway at 9AM in the Supervisors Chambers in Downtown Redding.
