Two weapons and drugs arrests were made by Red Bluff Police during a traffic stop Friday night. Shortly after 11 O’clock a Dodge Charger with four occupants was pulled over for a violation on Antelope Boulevard. The officer recognized the front seat passenger, 20-year-old Santiago Carrillo, and knew he carried weapons so he told him to get out of the car. Carrillo was allegedly carrying a loaded Ruger 5.7 pistol in his waistband, and had Cocaine as well. A rear passenger, 18-year-old Luis Maldonado, allegedly had a loaded Glock 40 that was stolen. A 17-year-old passenger was arrested for public intoxication and the 21-year-old female driver was cited for having no driver’s license.
