As road crews work on repaving Hartnell Avenue, a full closure is currently in place at the intersection of Hartnell and Alta Mesa Drive. The closure began Sunday night and will continue through 6 O’clock Wednesday morning. The $1.6 Million Hartnell Avenue project is contracted to J.F. Shea and is scheduled to be completed in mid-November
