As road crews work on repaving Hartnell Avenue, a full closure will take place in a few days. The intersection of Hartnell and Alta Mesa Drive will be closed from Sunday evening through 6 O’clock next Wednesday morning. The $1.6 Million Hartnell Avenue project is contracted to J.F. Shea and is scheduled to continue through mid-November.
