Family & Friends Continue Search For Nikki McCain

Family and friends of a missing Shasta County woman are not giving up, despite having seen no sign of her for four months. Rewards of up to $30,000 are available for tips concerning Nikki Cheng Saelee McCain. Whereabouts of the 39-year-old mother of 4 have been unknown since May 17th. Her truck was found abandoned in Western Tehama County shortly after her disappearance. Nikki is 5-feet-tall and 100 pounds and has a floral tattoo on her left forearm. Her husband, Tyler McCain, had faced felony domestic violence charges but the case was dismissed in July because the only witness for the prosecution was Nikki. Also in July, Tyler was cited for starting a 98 acre fire at the family’s home in Olinda by parking a car in dry grass, which was ignited by the hot tailpipe. Tyler McCain is the only person of interest for sheriff’s detectives investigating Nikki’s disappearance. $10,000 each is being offered by Shasta County Secret Witness, Redding Rancheria and Kingsman Philanthropic. Tips can be provided to the sheriff’s office at 245-6135.
