A kidnapping on the outskirts of Red Bluff at 2:30AM Saturday morning was quickly traced to Susanville, according to the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were told that a 7-year-old boy had been taken by his biological father, Jonathan Bradley Sr., who had no custodial rights. The child had been taken out through his bedroom window. As detectives got an arrest warrant and tried to track down Bradley, an Amber Alert was issued through the CHP. A lead developed about a location in Susanville, and police there were notified. A Susanville officer then got a tip that Bradley and the boy were at Walmart, and the two of them were found. Bradley was arrested and the boy was returned to Tehama County.
