A Red Bluff man has been sentenced for molesting his child. The 12-year-old victim made a report to school officials about being inappropriately touched by Abel Rivera-Cruz. Following a forensic interview of the child it was determined that the father, Rivera-Cruz, had repeatedly engaged in inappropriate touching. Convicted of two felony counts of lewd acts on a child under the age of 14, he’s been sentenced to 5 years in state prison.
