Evacuation orders have been canceled from a fire in Butte County. The “Ranch Fire” broke out Wednesday in the Newsome Ranch area near Concow. Cal-Fire says it’s holding at around 25 acres. Forward progress has been stopped and the fire is 20% contained at last word.
