The Good News Rescue Mission is hosting their Annual Free Summer Block Party on Thursday. Everyone is welcome from 9am to noon at 3050 Veda Street for food, music, games, community services and a chance to win a bike. The mission will also hand out “flip-flop” sandals to anyone who needs them.
