Another high ranking public servant has left the employment of Shasta County. Mental Health, Behavioral Health and Social Services Branch Director Miguel Rodriguez announced his resignation during the public comment period of Monday’s Board of Supervisors meeting. Rodriguez had great praise for his staff, and said the clients they serve are the supervisors’ constituents who are most in need of help
