Roadwork will shut down a busy freeway onramp in North Redding this weekend. From 4 O’clock Saturday morning through 7 O’clock Monday morning there will be a full closure of the onramp from Lake Boulevard to Southbound Interstate Five. Traffic will be detoured onto Northbound I-5 to Oasis Road to make the turnaround and back south. The Lake Boulevard Road Safety Project will reconfigure traffic so that all vehicles will enter the onramp from a stoplight-controlled intersection.
