An early morning structure fire damaged a home in Red Bluff. At 5:30AM Monday morning Red Bluff Fire Department was assisted by Cal-Fire/Tehama County Fire as they responded for a structure fire that was reported to be on Park Avenue but was found to be on Ehorn Avenue. Firefighters got access through an alleyway and managed to contain the fire damage to the attached garage of the house. All of the occupants had made it out safely before emergency personnel arrived. The cause is under investigation.
A vegetation fire broke out shortly after 8 O’clock Monday morning off Cody Drive and Rawson Road just south of Red Bluff. It was threatening homes but thanks to an aggressive response it was held to 1.5 acres with no structural damage.
A fire was quickly stopped in the area of the Clear Creek Bridge west of Redding off Clear Creek Road.
