The City of Shasta Lake is seeking tenants for their new apartment complex that will be the centerpiece of a redeveloped and re-imagined downtown area. The 53,000 square foot Cascade Village Apartments were built by K2 Development through a collaboration between the city and the county using a significant contribution of grant money from the state to reach its $36.5 Million budget. There are 49 vacancies. The city is holding an application assistance event Friday from 10AM to 2PM at the Larry J Farr Community Center. The SMART Business Resource center will also be there with information on job opportunities. More details about the apartments can be found at cascadevillagesshasta.com.
