A home was damaged by fire in North Redding Saturday. Just before Noon, Redding Fire crews were sent to the Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Estates off Lake Boulevard. They found light smoke from a double-wide modular home, and quickly contained a fire in the kitchen. Damage is estimated at $15,000 to the structure and $5,000 worth of contents.
