Majority Of Voters Already Have Cast Ballots Ahead Of Tuesday’s Primary Election

There are several ways to vote, and if historical trends continue, the great majority of Shasta County voters have already cast their ballots. For those who prefer to do their voting on Election Day, there is still more than one option. Each voter’s polling place is printed on the back side of their voter’s information guide. Voters no longer will be able to scan their ballot into a voting machine. They all go into drop boxes to be delivered to the Elections Office after polls close at 8PM. A lot of information, including a list of polling places and drop box locations, can be learned from the Elections Office at 225-5730 or elections.shastacounty.gov.
