A Redding man has been ordered to answer to charges accusing him of the long-term sexual abuse and torture of his two children. 57-year-old Timothy Taylor was arrested by Shasta County Sheriff’s Detectives in July of last year and has been held without bail ever since. Taylor had allegedly been abusing both victims for the past 5 years at their home on Cortez Drive. One of them had apparently been abused since she was 14-years-old. Taylor had a preliminary hearing last week and he returns to court next Monday.
