Man Sent to Prison for Sneaking Drugs into Jail

A Red Bluff man has been sentenced to prison for sneaking drugs into the Tehama County Jail. When Jaxon Lennon Bryant was arrested and booked into jail he admitted to having a small bag of methamphetamine hidden in the sleeve of his shirt. He failed to mention the bag that was hidden in his underwear, which was discovered during the standard search during booking. Bryant then was released on his own recognizance and failed to appear in court. He’s been given a 3 year 8 month state prison sentence.
