A Red Bluff man who said he wanted to go back to prison is getting his wish. 43-year-old Paul Maxwell Pulido was arrested in February when he threw a rock at a passing car and shattered the windshield. The victim identified him to Red Bluff Police. Pulido also had been arrested in an unrelated vandalism case and admitted to committing other acts of vandalism as well. He told officers he wanted to return to prison, where he’s been sentenced to more than 4 years.
