A Red Bluff man has been sentenced for his participation in a 3-on-1 attack of a man at a homeless center. 21-year-old Raul Mendoza-Rabago was arrested December 15th. The Tehama County District Attorney’s Office says he and two of his friends attacked the victim in the bathroom at the Red Bluff Path Shelter. They punched him repeatedly, inflicting injuries that required many staples to close. Mendoza-Rabago and spray-painted gang graffiti on a CVS Pharmacy and on the Cozy Diner. He’s been sentenced to 150 days in jail and 2 years probation. He also must pay restitution for the vandalism.
