Man Who Caused Crash While High On Meth Sentenced To Prison

A Los Molinos man has been sent to prison for being on drugs when he injured someone in a car crash. 60-year-old Robert Alan Mann the Second was driving under the influence of Methamphetamine and was unable to keep his car within the lane of traffic. He crossed over the center line and struck the victim’s car, causing significant injuries including broken bones. Mann already had a lengthy prior criminal record. He pled guilty to felony driving under the influence of a drug causing great bodily injury with a prior strike. He’s been sentenced to 14 years in state prison.
