A Red Bluff man with a history of run-ins with the law has been sentenced for brazenly stealing from a lawman. 40-year-old Quinton McDonald stole a Tehama County Sheriff’s Deputy’s motorcycle from the deputy’s home. The victim pursued McDonald, who managed to get away. The deputy apparently recognized McDonald, who has prior convictions for attacking people with mace and bear spray. Officers contacted McDonald at the home where he was staying, and they found the stolen motorcycle in a shed on the property. He’s been given a 2 year prison sentence.
