A jury trial has been set for early next year for a Redding man accused of having inappropriate relationships with young girls. 19-year-old Jack Thomas Richard Brissey was arrested in April and charged with 3 counts of lewd acts upon a child under age 14, possession of child pornography, showing pornography to a minor, two counts of contact with a minor for a sexual offense, and unlawful sexual intercourse. His alleged victims were ages 11 and 15. Brissey was already on felony probation for elder abuse. He’ll have a settlement conference on January 26th and a jury trial is set to begin March 3rd.
